2. Features of unpowered sand and gravel separator:
1. It is easy to adjust. There are 4 adjustment parts, which are material waterfall control, primary air inlet control, secondary air inlet control and output control, which can easily control the air volume and the powder content of the finished product.
2. Power saving. The previous configuration scheme was the separator plus dust removal. Now this model has no motor. The main power is reflected in the dust collector, which can save electricity investment.

4. Gravity inertia classifier uses air flow, gravity and airflow direction changes to achieve the classification of 0-4.75mm materials.
5. These devices combine gravity, inertia, centrifugal force and aerodynamic force to classify materials with a particle size between 0-4.75mm.
6. The feed and primary air enter the classifier from the top down and the airflow changes direction by 120 degrees, and carries fine particles and leaves the classifier through the blades. Coarse particles that cannot be deflected by the airflow due to their own gravity fall to the bottom of the classifier and are then discharged through a valve.
7. The secondary air blown from the lower part of the blade is forced to pass through the falling particle curtain. These coarse particles near the classification point are diverted by the secondary air flow into the vortex of the open-heart-shaped chamber. The fine particles captured when entering the classifier and other particles dragged out from the vortex are all sent to the powder collector (dust collector) from the outlet air for final recovery.
8. The secondary air throttle valve has a simple manual adjustment function, which can change the classification size of fine particles. There are no moving parts within the material flow, so maintenance requirements are low. For abrasive materials, liners are used in certain areas to ensure long equipment life.
