Technical Features
In the working state, the speed-regulating motor rotates with the drive shaft through the driving device, and the sand and gravel enter the sorting chamber through the feeding port located at the upper part of the sorting chamber, and then pass between the upper and lower cones of the medium-coarse sand collecting cone. The channel falls on the distributor, the distributor rotates with the vertical drive shaft, and the sand and gravel are evenly dispersed around under the action of inertial centrifugal force. The coarse and heavy particles are thrown to the wall of the sorting chamber under the action of inertial centrifugal force. After the collision, it loses kinetic energy and slides down the wall and falls into the coarse sand collection cone. After the medium-coarse sand and fine sand pass through the large wind blades, under the action of the updraft, they continue to rise through the vertical guide blades and enter the secondary sorting area. Under the action of the strong and stable plane vortex formed by the rotating cage rotor, the sand-containing air flow causes the medium and coarse sand to lose kinetic energy after being thrown to the vertical guide vanes under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the medium and coarse sand collection cone. The medium and coarse sand pipe is discharged into the finished product warehouse. The unqualified fine sand and gravel pass through the cage rotor into its interior, enter the low-resistance cyclone dust collector with the circulating air, and then slide down into the fine sand collection cone.
Compared with the traditional sorting machine, the O-X type sorting machine has the following outstanding advantages:
1. Breaking through the original concept of washing and sorting, changing washing and sorting to direct sorting of dry materials.
2. Divide the material into three parts, namely "coarse sand (d>1.25mm), fine sand (160um<d<1.25mm), and stone powder". The coarse sand is returned to the crusher, and the medium and coarse sand is directly sent to the finished product warehouse. Fine sand powder into the fine storage.
3. Compared with other types of sorting machines, the O-X series sand and gravel sorting machine has a much higher output, so it is more suitable for the needs of large-scale production. 4. Grading principle. Combined with a variety of sorting principles, the entire flow field is optimally designed by using aerodynamic analysis method, which makes the equipment resistance significantly reduced and the sorting efficiency higher. The energy saving and consumption reduction are very obvious. The rotor of the sorting machine is equipped with an eddy current rectifier. The airflow in the rotor only rises and does not rotate relative to the rotor. After the airflow enters the rotor, the driving force to the rotor is reduced due to the moment of momentum, saving driving power and reducing wear and tear. The sand and gravel are sorted by two sorting areas, and the sorting accuracy is higher.
5. The main shaft of the sorting machine adopts stepless speed regulation. The quality adjustment is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the adjustment range is wide.
6. Re-optimized the design of the space range of the sorting area and the lifting area, making full use of the main space to increase the material-gas ratio and improve the sorting efficiency.
7. The wear-resistant parts of the sorting machine, such as the distributor, the snail horn of the cyclone, the wind guide blades and the rotor blades, are all made of wear-resistant materials or treated with anti-wear technology, and their wear rate is low. prolong its service life.
8. The bearing seal under the main shaft adopts a new design scheme, which effectively solves the two major problems of bearing dust and lubricating oil leakage, and effectively prolongs the service life of the bearing.
9. When setting the foundation of the sorter, the principle of mechanical vibration damping is adopted, so that the resonance frequency of the base of the sorter is not close to the natural frequency of the sorter, which fundamentally solves the problem of resonance of the sorter that has plagued manufacturers for a long time.
10. Coarse sand pipe, medium-coarse laying pipe and fine laying pipe all adopt double interlocking air valve, which greatly reduces the air leakage rate of the system and overcomes the defect of large dust during the operation of the previous sorting machine.
