Process flow description
Biological deodorization is the use of biological methods to degrade and purify toxic, harmful and foul-smelling waste gas molecules through a biofilm formed by microbial strains specially cultivated on biological fillers in biological filters. The biofilm uses pollutants in the waste gas as nutrients. It grows and reproduces, and at the same time degrades the pollutants in the exhaust gas into simple inorganic substances such as non-toxic, harmless and odorless CO2 and H2O, so as to achieve the purpose of deodorization;
(1) Advantages and features:
It can treat exhaust gas containing multiple pollutants at the same time;
Strong impact resistance, can work normally when the exhaust gas concentration fluctuates from 3 to 1500ppm;
The treatment time is short and the efficiency is high; the purification can be completed in 5-10s, and the comprehensive efficiency can reach more than 95%; there is no secondary pollution, the operation cost is low, the maintenance is simple, and the service life is more than 10 years.
