Process flow description

After the exhaust gas enters the equipment, it is evenly distributed around the built-in PP Terrary barbed garland + PP multi-faceted hollow sphere alternate packing layer, arranged in an irregular "Z or W" route, without bias flow phenomenon, and combined with spiral high flow, no blockage Nozzle, the mixing rate of gas-liquid two-phase is more than 97%, and it is discharged after deliquoring and de-fogging by the deliquor; The equipment is equipped with acid-alkali-resistant corrosion-resistant vertical circulating pump + automatic dosing system to ensure the control of circulating spray liquid range of pH values.
(2) Application fields: It is mainly used in the treatment of acid and alkali waste gas and the pretreatment of organic waste gas to treat high concentrations of nitrogen oxides (NOx), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitric acid mist (HNO3), Hydrochloric acid mist (HCl), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), hydrofluoric acid mist (HF), ammonia gas (NH3) and other acid-base exhaust gas and other mixed exhaust gas streams.
