Features of sand dryer
1. The coal slime dryer has strong anti-overload capability, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost;

The working principle of the coal gangue dryer is as follows: due to the viscosity of the coal gangue, the wet coal gangue is divided into the following working areas after entering the dryer during the drying process: First, the material guide area, where the wet coal gangue enters into contact with the high temperature hot air The water evaporates quickly, and the material is transported into the next working area without forming a bond when the material is moved by the large lead angle of the copy board; the second is the cleaning area, where the wet coal gangue is picked up by the copy board to form a material curtain state. When the material falls, it is easy to form the phenomenon of sticking to the drum wall. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device can reasonably clean the materials adhered to the inner wall. The block also plays a role in crushing, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate; the third is the inclined lifting plate area, where the wet coal gangue is in a loose state with low moisture content, and the material has no bonding phenomenon in this area. After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharge area; the fourth is the discharge area, where the drum does not have a copy plate, and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
