1. Introduction of sludge dryer
River and canal sludge with a variety of microorganisms has been neglected for a long time, and it also brings many difficulties to urban environmental governance. The sludge drying equipment developed by our company can dry sludge, which is convenient for the production of sludge bio-organic fertilizer. It is a drying equipment for organic fertilizer manufacturing enterprises. The sludge dryer can dry wet sludge with a moisture content of 80-90% to a dry product with a moisture content of less than 10% at one time. In view of the characteristics of easy agglomeration in the sludge drying process, the structure of the material plate of the general single-channel dryer is changed, and a combined self-cleaning device is adopted, which greatly expands the application range of the single-channel dryer. It can also dry various high-viscosity and high-moisture materials.
Second, the working principle of sludge dryer
After years of continuous research and practical tests, our company has developed a targeted sludge dryer. The sludge enters the guide plate in the dryer from the feeder through the chute. With the rotation of the cylinder, the sludge is removed. The sludge is guided to the inclined lifting plate and then lifted to the center of the cylinder, and gradually falls to form a material curtain, through which the high-temperature airflow passes, preheating the sludge and evaporating part of the water. When the sludge is spilled and moved to the movable grate-shaped wing, the material is mixed with the preheated grate-shaped wing, which transfers heat to the material and evaporates part of the water. At the same time, the material entrained by the wing plate is lifted and sprinkled, repeated many times, and the material and the hot air flow convection and contact heat exchange. At the same time, the cleaning device buried in the material also slides down the inner side of the arc-shaped lifting plate to clean the material adhering to the inner wall of the lifting plate. After the cleaning device rotates along the vertical line with the cylinder, it is dragged on the back of the arc lifting plate to clean the material adhering to the outer wall of the lifting plate. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, part of the water is evaporated, and the sludge is further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also played a role in breaking the sludge pellets, which improved the drying speed. After the sludge was dried, it became loose materials with low moisture content and was discharged from the discharge port.
3. Application of sludge dryer
The commonly used sludge drying equipment is a single-channel rotary dryer: suitable for a variety of sludge drying. Typical applications such as electroplating sludge drying, papermaking sludge drying, oil field sludge drying, chemical sludge drying, monosodium glutamate sludge drying, ore sludge drying, pomace drying, bean dregs drying, sugar dregs drying, peat drying, rare earth and other high humidity Material drying, organic, inorganic compounds and chemical raw materials and other muddy, granular, flake high-humidity materials drying.
4. Process flow of sludge dryer
Raw material → feeder → heat source → dryer → discharge machine → induced draft fan → cyclone discharger → water bath dust removal and deodorization device → exhaust gas evacuation and power distribution cabinet.
