Lignite dryer technology:
The previous drying method generally adopts centrifugal mechanical dehydration, which is expensive, with low production capacity and small dehydration range. Usually, only about 10% of the precipitation can be dewatered at one time. There is still 15-20% water content. Leijin Machinery H-type rotary lignite dryer adopts a new technology of crushing and dispersing lignite first and then thermally drying it, so that the drying treatment of materials can be continuous, industrialized and automated. The moisture content of wet lignite can be reduced from 25% to 30% to less than 13% after the lignite slime drying process. It can be used as fuel coal and improve the coal washing process, which has good economic, social and environmental benefits.
The rotary lignite dryer adopts a low-temperature four-stage drying process to evaporate the moisture of the lignite to less than 13% of the moisture content under the condition that the quality of the dried lignite remains unchanged. The primary drying zone removes most of the water at a high temperature of 400°C under high humidity to ensure that the chemical composition of the lignite does not change and is not easy to burn; the secondary drying zone has a room temperature of 300°C, and high-yield water removal through medium-temperature induced air ensures that the lignite No coking; the indoor temperature of the third-stage drying area is 120°C-210°C, and the crushing device in the drum is used to repeatedly impact and break up the materials, and then dry in the downstream; the fourth-stage drying area is a high exhaust area, and the room temperature is 60°C- At 80℃, the water is removed by the low-temperature hot air with negative pressure in the induced draft system.
Main features of lignite dryer:
1. The lignite dryer has strong overload resistance, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost;
2. The downstream drying method is adopted. The flue gas and the wet material enter the dryer from the same side, and the high-temperature flue gas can be used to obtain high evaporation intensity. The outlet temperature of the dryer is low and the thermal efficiency is high;
3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the properties of different materials, so that the materials can form a stable full-break fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder, and the quality and heat exchange is more sufficient;
4. The new feeding and discharging device eliminates the phenomenon of feeding blockage, discontinuity, unevenness and returning of the drum dryer, and reduces the load of the dust removal system;
5. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of the dispersed materials, eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and is more adaptable to the moisture and viscosity of the material;
6. The lignite dryer realizes "zero horizontal thrust", which greatly reduces the wear of the retaining roller, and the cylinder runs smoothly and reliably;
7. The lignite dryer adopts "aligning type supporting roller device", so that the cooperation between the supporting roller and the rolling ring is always in linear contact, thus greatly reducing the wear and power loss;
8. The particle size and moisture of the product can be controlled according to user requirements. When drying coal slime, the moisture content of the product can reach below 8%, and the particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
