Horizontal single cylinder dryer
Mainly used in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and other industries to dry materials with a certain humidity or particle size. It has strong adaptability to materials, can dry various materials, and the equipment is simple and reliable to operate, so it is widely used.
The single-cylinder dryer is produced by our company after many improvements on the basis of the old-fashioned dryer.
The horizontal single-cylinder dryer is mainly composed of a heat source, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeder, a rotary drum, a belt discharger, an induced draft fan, a discharger and a power distribution cabinet. The wet material is sent to the hopper by a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator and added from the feed port. The main body of the tumble dryer is a slightly inclined and rotatable cylinder. When the material enters the inside of the cylinder, it will be in co-current or counter-current contact with the hot air passing through the cylinder or effectively contact with the heated wall surface to be dried. After drying, the product is discharged from the lower part of the other end. During the drying process, the material moves from the higher end to the lower end under the action of gravity by means of the slow rotation of the cylinder. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a forward copy board, which continuously picks up and sprinkles the material, which greatly enhances the thermal contact surface of the material, improves the drying rate and promotes the material to move forward.
After the heat carrier (hot air, flue gas) dries the material, the dust in the narrow band is collected by the cyclone dust collector and then emptied.
Horizontal single cylinder dryer performance characteristics:
1. The dryer has strong anti-overload capability, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost;
2. The downstream drying method is adopted, the flue gas and wet materials enter the dryer from the same side, and the high-temperature flue gas can be used to obtain high evaporation intensity, the outlet temperature of the dryer is low, and the thermal efficiency is high;
3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the properties of different materials, so that the materials can form a stable full-break fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder, and the mass and heat exchange is more sufficient;
4. The new feeding and discharging device eliminates the phenomenon of feeding blockage, discontinuity, unevenness and returning of the drum dryer, and reduces the load of the dust removal system;
5. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of the dispersed materials, eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and is more adaptable to the moisture and viscosity of the material;
6. The dryer realizes "zero horizontal thrust", which greatly reduces the wear of the retaining roller, and the cylinder runs smoothly and reliably;
7. The dryer adopts "aligning roller device", so that the cooperation between the roller and the rolling ring is always in linear contact, thus greatly reducing the wear and power loss;
8. Product particle size and moisture can be controlled according to user requirements. When drying coal slime, the product moisture can reach below 8%, and the particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
