1. Working principle of mine crushing pulse dust collector:
When the dust-laden gas enters the settling chamber of the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the air inlet baffle, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to the inertia effect, the coarse dust in the gas directly flows into the ash hopper. It plays the role of pre-dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upwards and passed through the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag. When the air is discharged from the air outlet and the dust-laden gas is purified through the filter bag, more and more dust is accumulated on the filter bag with the increase of time, which increases the resistance of the filter bag and causes the air volume to be gradually reduced. In order to work normally, it is necessary to control If the resistance is within a certain range (140--170 mm water column), the filter bag must be cleaned. When cleaning the dust, the pulse controller will trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve in sequence. The tube is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag, and the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag falls off, and the filter bag is regenerated. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. In this way, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulsed to clean the dust, so that the purified gas can pass normally and ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system.
