MC pulse bag filter

MC pulse bag filter features:
1. On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC-I type dust collector, the MC pulse bag filter adopts the low-resistance QMF-20P electromagnetic pulse valve, so that the life of the dust collector control system and dust bag is longer than that of the MC-I type dust collector. Type I is more than doubled, reducing the maintenance workload.
2. The pressure of compressed air is 5-7 kg/cm2 for cleaning, and the cleaning effect is good, thus expanding the scope of use.
3. Due to the structural improvement, the tightness of the equipment is enhanced, and the air leakage can be less than 10%, which further improves the product quality.
4. The cover removal device and the fixing method of the dust removal bag are reformed, which improves the working conditions for equipment repair and maintenance.
5. A protective cover is added to the blowing device, and the cover plate structure adopts rain-proof measures, so that the dust collector is placed in the open air without the need for another rain-proof shed, which reduces equipment investment.
6. The original auger in the ash cleaning part is removed, and a YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve (unloader) combined air shutoff device is installed. The effect of cleaning the ash is expanded, the maintenance is reduced, and the sealing is tight and the ash is discharged quickly.
