Working principle of DMC type pulse jet single-machine bag filter:
The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and enters the filter bag room through the open flange port. The dust-laden gas is filtered through the filter bag as clean air and enters the clean air chamber, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. . The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and keeps increasing, so that the resistance of the bag filter keeps rising. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not exceed 1200Pa, the bag filter can work intermittently, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed regularly.
Dust cleaning is to start the pulse valve in time sequence by the program controller, so that the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the holes of the blowing pipe (called primary air) and induces the surrounding air several times of the primary air through the venturi (called primary air). secondary air), entering the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant, and shaking off the dust with the opposite direction of the airflow, the dust attached to the bag surface quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin), and the dust is removed by The ash discharge valve is discharged to achieve the purpose of ash cleaning.
