The LJD fly ash special powder separator is operated under negative pressure. The milled material is fed from the inlet of the powder separator, and is thrown away by the spreading disc to meet the vortex airflow entering the primary tuyere, and is fully dispersed by the suspension dispersing mechanism. After that, the coarse and fine grading is realized in the horizontal vortex field formed by the airflow entering the secondary air outlet in the grading area. In the finished product, the coarse powder falls into the cone and is discharged through the coarse powder outlet and returned to the mill for grinding again.

1. The designed straight cage rotor is a cage rotor composed of multi-layer horizontal baffles and vertical special-shaped grading blades. The horizontal baffle makes the airflow in the grading area form a stable horizontal vortex, and the relative speed difference is less than 5%. The smoothness of the area is uniform and stable, so the classification accuracy is very high.
2. A number of guide vanes with "concave"-shaped grooves are evenly arranged in the middle part between the cage rotor and the external subject. In the annular classification space composed of guide vanes and cage rotors, due to the existence of guide vanes to eliminate the side wall effect, the content of fine ash in coarse ash is greatly reduced, and the classification efficiency is greatly improved.
3. The coarse ash falling into the coarse ash hopper is washed by the lower updraft, and the fine ash in the coarse ash is brought into the classification area again for classification.
4. Due to the uniform and stable flow field and the high rotation speed of the airflow, the centrifugal force and the centripetal suction force of the airflow are strong, so the classification accuracy is very high, and the ratio of material to gas can reach 2.0-2.5, which is better than that of the turbine classifier. It is 2-3 times higher than (0.7-1.0), and the air consumption for classification is only half of that of the turbine classifier, so the energy consumption of the system is greatly reduced. The energy consumption of the classification system with a processing capacity of 60t/h is only 120kw, and the processing capacity The energy consumption of the grading system up to 40t/h is only 100kw.
