Process flow description
SDS sodium-based dry desulfurization and dust removal integrated process, the desulfurizer is sodium bicarbonate. The purchased sodium bicarbonate powder with a particle size of 20-50 mesh is ground into a superfine sodium bicarbonate dry powder with D90≤20μm through a mill and sprayed into the SDS desulfurization reactor. The superfine sodium bicarbonate powder decomposes into highly active sodium carbonate and carbon dioxide under the action of high temperature flue gas, and the highly active sodium carbonate fully contacts with SO2 and other acidic media in the flue gas to undergo a chemical reaction and is absorbed and purified. After desulfurization, the powdered granular product enters the bag filter for dust collection with the airflow. When the filtration air speed is less than 0.6m/min, the dust emission concentration can be ≤5mg/m³, and the integration of desulfurization and dust removal can be achieved. The dust collected by bag dust removal is transported to the ash bin by pneumatic ash conveying to the semi-automatic baler for packing and transported by truck.
The process is pure dry desulfurization technology, the temperature drop of the whole system is less than 10℃, the exhaust gas temperature after desulfurization is greater than 130℃, and the exhaust flue gas has no white smoke. And the system does not consume water and produce no waste water.
Characteristics of SDS sodium-based dry desulfurization
1. The gas-fired boiler has low SO2 emission concentration. From the perspective of operating cost, it is very suitable for the use of sodium-based dry desulfurization technology. Our company is the first in the industry to apply SDS sodium-based dry desulfurization technology to gas boiler flue gas desulfurization.
2. The integrated technology of sodium-based dry desulfurization and dust removal has been digested and absorbed by our company for many years. The technology is reliable and the operation is stable.
3. Purely imported grinding equipment ensures that the prepared superfine sodium bicarbonate powder has high activity and stable operation, and the sodium bicarbonate powder is not sticky or blocked. Equipped with our company's proprietary SDS desulfurization reactor, which has injection and blending components to improve gas-solid contact time and blending uniformity, and ensure residence time.
4. Using our company's proprietary self-tracking powder spraying control technology, it can effectively control the amount of sodium bicarbonate powder sprayed, and adapt to changes in flue gas volume and SO2 concentration in time, so as to ensure that the purity of desulfurization product sodium sulfate is above 85% , while reducing operating costs.
5. According to the emission NOx concentration, SNCR or SCR denitration technology can be selected to ensure the NOx emission standard. Combined with the specific digital and analog simulation, the spray guns are arranged to ensure that the SNCR removal efficiency is greater than 50%.
