Process flow description
The catalytic combustion system adopts a modular design, and the process design process is a plate heat exchanger + heating chamber + catalytic reaction chamber (the project has been selected into the "2016 National Advanced Pollution Prevention Technology Catalogue (VOCs Prevention and Control Field)" by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
The catalytic combustion device is composed of an inner tank and an outer shell. The inner and outer shells are filled with thermal insulation materials to ensure that the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace is below 60 °C to prevent burns to operators and save energy. The inner tank is made of carbon steel material, and the outer shell is made of thermal insulation material. The catalyst in the catalytic chamber is a honeycomb type catalyst, the carrier is alumina, cordierite, and the outer coating is platinum, palladium and rhodium. When the exhaust gas enters the catalytic chamber, it is first heated by the heat exchanger, and then heated by the heating chamber. The heat after catalytic combustion is stored in the heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
Ø Features of catalytic combustion purification device:
① The precious metal platinum and palladium are plated on the honeycomb ceramic carrier as a catalyst, the purification efficiency is as high as 97%, the catalyst has a long service life, and can be regenerated, with smooth air flow and low resistance.
② According to the main components of exhaust gas emissions, non-precious metal catalysts can be used in combination with precious metal catalysts to improve purification efficiency and prolong service time.
③ Complete safety facilities: there are fire arresters, pressure relief ports, over-temperature alarms and other protection facilities.
④ Power consumption: When starting work, preheat the burner for 15-30 minutes, and only consume the power of the fan during normal operation. When the exhaust gas concentration is low, automatic intermittent compensation heating.
⑤ Easy to operate: When the equipment is working, it can realize automatic control, and no special person is required to guard it. Small footprint and long service life.
