Activated carbon fiber adsorption vapor desorption condensation recovery treatment system
Process flow description
The temperature of the high-temperature organic waste gas discharged through the production process equipment is 40°C. The organic waste gas first enters the pre-filtering device to filter fine particles, condensate, etc. The organic waste gas discharged from the desorption enters the shell-and-tube condenser to condense the gaseous solvent into a liquid. After condensation, the temperature is cooled to below 24°C. Thus most of the solvent can be recovered. The low-concentration organic waste gas treated by the air cooling system is introduced into the terminal activated carbon fiber adsorption-desorption-condensation-separation-recovery system by the induced draft fan, and is processed by the activated carbon adsorber through the activated carbon adsorber. There are two sets of adsorbers, which are used alternately. The saturated activated carbon is regenerated by low pressure steam, and the regenerated gas phase is returned to the condenser for solvent recovery. The recovered solvent is separated by a water separator and reused, and discharged at high altitude after reaching the standard.
