1. On the premise of knowing the shutdown time, first stop the cleaning measures. The bag filter should be kept within the range of the pressure difference (between 1000 and 1250Pa). 2. Stop adding coal after the pulse bag filter is stopped. Natural gas needs to be burned in the boiler to remove SO2, and the removal time should last for 1 hour. 3. The ash hopper can still be heated when the machine is stopped, and the ash discharge system can be activated to completely remove the dust in the ash hopper. Then shut down the furnace and turn off the fan. Then open the bypass valve of the bag filter, close the outlet valves of all sub-chambers of the bag filter, and close the inlet butterfly valve of the bag filter. It should be reminded that if the ash discharge system is still working normally, do not close the inlet valve first.
