1. Use of the dryer:
Mainly used for drying slag, mortar, sand, coal, fly ash, iron powder, ore, quartz sand and other materials.
Second, the characteristics of LJSH three-cylinder dryer:
1. The technical content is high, the cylinder is self-insulated, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 80% (the thermal efficiency of the single-cylinder dryer is only 35%), which saves 68% of coal and increases the output by 100% compared with the single-cylinder dryer.
2. The length of the three-pass dryer is 60% shorter than that of the single-cylinder dryer, which is beneficial to the process layout. Reduce the construction area of the factory building and save about 40% of the project investment. Covers an area of about 20m2.

3. Adopt heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy steel plate, which is 4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate. Long service life and easy maintenance.
4. High thermal efficiency, the temperature of the outer cylinder is lower than 60°C (the temperature of the outer cylinder of the single-cylinder dryer is as high as 150°C), the outlet temperature is low, and the discharge temperature is lower than 60°C.
5. The outlet temperature is low, which is conducive to the long service time of the dust removal equipment, and can be directly matched with the air box pulse bag filter.
6. The civil construction investment is reduced by about 50%, and the power consumption is reduced by 60%.
7. There is no need to rotate the large and small gears, and the supporting wheel is used to rotate.
8. The hot blast stove can be equipped with boiling stoves, coal injection stoves, hand-burning stoves, and also used in oil and gas stoves, which can bake blocks, granules and powdery materials below 20 mm.
