The diameter of the bag filter box is related to the overall layout of the dry process dust removal system. The area and layout are beautiful. The large-scale blast furnace dry dust removal system is arranged in two rows. On the premise that the filter area can fully meet the blast furnace gas filtration, the bag filter box adopts the double-sided back-blowing technology with large diameter and long bags. At the same time, the number of dust collector boxes and the valves at the inlet and outlet of the dust collector box are reduced, which reduces the inspection area for production personnel and the amount of equipment maintenance. The blast furnace gas bag filter box adopts a special diversion structure inside. It makes the gas flow distribution in the dust collector box body uniform, reduces the flow rate, and greatly reduces the occurrence of abnormal damage to the dust filter bag.
Structural features of blast furnace gas pulse bag filter:
1. Small-diameter filter bags are used, the size of the filter bags is Ф120×6000. The filter bags have a large open space, which reduces the rising speed of the airflow and improves the processing capacity of the equipment.
2. The long-bag low-pressure pulse cleaning technology is adopted to improve the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector, and the dust content after gas purification is less than 50mg/m3.
3. The filter bag can work at 260°C for a long time, and can reach 280°C for a short time.
4. The cylindrical body and the intermediate ash hopper have a pressure resistance of 0.25MPa, and are designed with an explosion relief valve to ensure safe operation.
5. Pulse valve for key components, the number of injections is more than 1 million times, the box leaks alarm, the response is fast and reliable, and the ash hopper is designed with a material level meter to accurately measure the material level.
6. The dust removal gas source of the dust collector adopts a low-pressure nitrogen injection system, which has no dust, no moisture and low consumption.
7. The automatic control system adopts PLC control, which is reliable in operation and small in maintenance.
