Mechanical structure and working principle of coal gangue dryer:
The coal gangue dryer is mainly composed of a heat source, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeder, a rotary drum, a belt discharger, an induced draft fan, a discharger and a power distribution cabinet.
The working principle of the coal gangue dryer is as follows: due to the stickiness of coal gangue, the wet coal gangue is divided into the following working areas after entering the dryer during the drying process: First, the material guide area, where the wet coal gangue enters into contact with the high-temperature hot air Quickly evaporate the water, and the material will be imported into the next work area if it does not form a bond under the copying board with a large lead angle;

The second is the cleaning area. In this area, the wet coal gangue is picked up by the copy board to form a material curtain state. When the material falls, it is easy to form the phenomenon of sticking to the drum wall. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device is very reasonable. In this process, the cleaning device also plays a role in crushing the agglomeration of material balls, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate; the third is the inclined lifting plate area, where the wet coal gangue is located The area has been in a low moisture and loose state, and the material has no bonding phenomenon in this area. After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharge area; the fourth is the discharge area, and the roller is not set in this area. The material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
